The hotel is on the 15th floor with two levels, giving it a spacious and unique vibe. I loved the breakfast—huge variety, especially the dumplings and wontons, which were fresh and delicious. The room had a beautiful Japanese-style tatami design, very calming and cozy. I'd been holding onto this hotel booking for a while and was a bit unsure if the service quality would be compromised since it was a discounted deal. But from the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Before arrival, they even called to confirm my check-in time, ask about room preferences, and whether I needed transportation—so thoughtful! Upon check-in, they kindly reminded me that free late-night snacks were available at the lobby after 9:30 PM, which was such a nice surprise. After settling into my room, they followed up with a quick call to ensure everything was satisfactory. When I mentioned the air conditioner was a bit noisy, they responded immediately by sending a technician to adjust it right away—super responsive! The room itself was cozy and well-decorated, the bathroom spotless, and the breakfast spread was both delicious and varied. My partner and I had a really comfortable stay. This experience totally exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend—it’s an amazing value and definitely worth returning.
